📢 Public Review Period Now Open for the Route 352 & U.S. 1 Roadway Improvements Project in Delaware County
PennDOT has announced the availability of the Draft Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study for the Route 352 (Middletown Road) and U.S. 1 Roadway Improvements Project in Middletown Township.
The project aims to improve safety and reduce congestion at the Cloverleaf Interchange between U.S. 1 and Route 352, while also enhancing the surrounding roadway network, including Baltimore Pike and Route 452.
Community members are encouraged to review the study and provide feedback. Comments must be submitted by July 17, 2026.
